Project Linus Pattern
About this Quilt Pattern
At the 2009 International Quilt Festival in Houston, Project Linus National HQ teamed up with several of the Texas-area chapter coordinators and blanketeers to make quilts throughout the week. A quilt pattern called “Simple Gifts” was used. “Simple Gifts” is just that -- a very simple way to make a Project Linus quilt top using nine 6 inch (by the width of fabric) strips. Just sew the long edges of the 7 strips together, side by side followed by a strip across the top and bottom ends of the seven strips. It's so easy and makes an adorable quilt top.
