Make a Blanket Day 2010
Join us for Make a Blanket Day (MABD) on the third Saturday in February each year. Our next event is set for Saturday, February 20, 2010. Every year, participating chapter coordinators around the country band together to make blankets and spread the Project Linus word. Some may have blanket making events, open houses, collection sites, etc. Please contact your local chapter for more information about local activities. Please note that due to limited resources, some chapters may not be participating. Please check back here occasionally for updated information
Our Make a Blanket Day Friends
While it is too early to list our 2010 Blanket Day friends, don’t let that stop you from preparing for the event now! Be sure to reserve the date on your calendar. You can also begin now by collecting necessary materials and/or setting aside additional time to volunteer at local blanket day events.
Late in 2009 we expect to firm up our Blanket Day friends for the 2010 event, and will list them on this page. Be sure to check back for more details.
